February is Heart Disease Awareness month. Patty Mellon, ORLC member and registered dietitian, will be giving a diet presentation including recipes and some heart healthy dishes for you to try at a presentation on Tuesday, February 9, at 7:00 PM in the community room. Come and learn how to eat a heart healthy Mediterranean diet. Please see the sign-up posted on the Information Board.
